Refund requests must be made before October 31. If your request is granted, you will receive the purchase price less the credit card processing fees charged to Troop 110 (currently 2.9% + $.30).
If you receive an unsatisfactory item for any reason, Troop 110 will attempt to replace it with the most similar item in stock.
